Why Meditate?

Meditation is an essential practice of cleaning, resetting and increasing your energy

Have you ever been frustrated that you have all that is supposed to bring you happiness in life: good job, money, family, children, but there is still something missing, something very important but you don’t know what it is? Have you asked yourself a question: is it all I came for in this life? I used to ask those questions frequently for many years, but I no longer need to because I know now that there is a bigger purpose in my life and I know how to start the day with feelings of joy, bliss, happiness: I start the day with meditation.

So, why meditate? Because it will change your life and bring you:

  • Happiness, joy, bliss
  • Peacefulness and tranquility
  • Understanding of who you are and why you are here
  • Connection to your soul, spirit, Source/Creator
  • Answers to your questions 

There is more: doing silent meditation EVERY day for 30 minutes or more will build up the energy not in arithmetic but in exponential proportion. And this is called DEVOTION. It starts with a firm intention that you have enough time in your life to devote to yourself, your personal growth, and you make it happen!

 

Why meditate every day? Let me present the analogy of brushing teeth every day. Each morning you brush your teeth and have fresh breath but as the day goes on, food and drinks stain your teeth and change a smell of the breath. You know how it feels by the end of the day, but imagine forgetting to clean your teeth for several days? You create unhealthy environment, inviting gum disease and tooth decay.

 Now, meditation is actually quite similar to this practice – it is an essential practice of “cleaning” your energy every morning to start the day fresh, feeling joyful and blissful, ready to experience all the goodness the world has to offer.  As the day goes on, you walk into different energy fields and some of them can be “contaminated” with stress, fear, anger, depression, which “stain” your energy field. You forget or choose not to meditate for several days and those dirty “stains” become bigger and start to create an unhealthy environment, inviting negative energy into your inner space.

Get the picture? So cleaning and resetting your energy every day using the mediation techniques described above would help you grow spiritually and be your very best!
