For the last couple decades, more and more studies have shown that 85 percent of all diseases are psychosomatic and human health is a consequence of thinking and emotions. A peaceful and cheerful person strengthens positive consciousness designed to harmonize the body work and mobilize internal forces to fight deviations from the normal physiological level. Therefore, emotional balance is an important factor that positively affects health on physical, mental and also spiritual levels.
