Importance of Water

Where is no water, there is no life

We all know that water is one of the fundamental resources that supports our lives. Where is no water, there is no life. Our bodies are made of 60-70% of water; our brains are 75% water; our lungs are nearly 90% water; and our blood is about 80% water. We drink water, we cook with water, we cleanse in water. All body biological functions depend on water: it carries nutrients and oxygen, helps with absorbing and assimilating minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and other substances; it flushes out toxins and wastes, and much more.

Water has ability to absorb and carry life force energy. Do you know that it was discovered that water in a body exists in a highly energized states, which are actually liquid crystal forms? Those crystal water forms enable a body biology to access energy and information from the quantum field, to the infinite storage of information in the Universe. Water is truly a mystery.

How much and what water to drink

How much water should we take during a day? Human body as all the universe should follow the low of conservation of energy, which means that the energy consumed by body should be replenished with new energy. Our bodies in generally lose about 2 – 2.5 liters of liquids a day through digesting, beathing, setting, elimination. To avoid dehydration, we have to consume the same amount of water. However, it is very important not just a quantity but quality of water taken in. For example, most tap water is disinfected with chlorine. In human body it combines rapidly with organic matter to form chemicals such as dioxins, which are highly toxic. Even if water contains low quantity of chlorine, dioxins accumulate in a body and could potentially cause cancer, reproductive and developmental problems, damage to the immune system, and interfere with hormones. Thus, first priority is to filter water at home or just fill it from water filtration system at store.

However, just using clean filtered water is not enough. According to Professor Neumyvakin, in order water work in our body, it should have particular crystal forms, which contain bioactive information. The most beneficial form of drinking water for a human body is thaw water. Simply, put filtered water to the refrigerator for a day, then let is thaw and drink it. you could also add one more step in getting rid of chemicals that filtration system could not catch: when the water almost frozen and there is little liquid left in the middle, just get rid of that liquid part. That liquid part contains harmful chemicals that passed filtration. Now water is ready to thaw and drink.

There are people who prefer to drink distilled water to avoid any chemicals in it. Yes, it is pure water but unfortunately it doesn’t contain any energy in it, called prana. Some people prefer to drink only boiled water, which is actually is not a healthy choice. When water containing chlorine is boiling, chlorine could form trihalomethanes, which are considered carcinogenic. And about drinking mineral water? Most mineral waters are good for alkaline-acid balance of human body.  However, continuous consumption of mineral water could lead to digestive discomfort and excess production of stomach acid. it also could cause a body to retain fluid, which raises blood pressure.

Moreover, substitution of water consumption with teas, coffees, juices of even worse soft drinks is not a healthy choice.

How to drink water

Professor Neumyvakin in his book “Hydrogen peroxide. On guard of health” suggested the following:

  • Take a little of sea salt on your tongue and drink it with one glass of water. you can add 10-15 drops of 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide to the water;
  • Take 1-2 glasses of water between 5 to7 am in the morning at least 30 min before breakfast;
  • During the day take water (0.5 - 1 glass) 30-50 min before meal or 1.5 – 2 hrs after a meal;
  • To increase the energy of the water (prana), use one empty and one full cup. Poor water into empty glass rising the water glass high, then switch glasses. do it 30 times.

Stay hydrated!!!
